Nection Latisana is a new secure truck parking facility (SSTPA) located in a strategic industrial area in northeastern Italy. The project is part of a European network of secure and convenient parking for international transport and is currently under development. It will be Gold-certified, meeting European quality and safety standards for secure parking areas.
Nection Latisana will be part of a European network of Safe and Secure Truck Parking Areas, committed to developing quality infrastructure for safer, more efficient, and more humane transportation.
The opening is scheduled for August 2025.
Project Development
During 2024, key preparation phases were completed: permitting, technical planning, coordination, and bidding processes. At the end of that same year, the initial earthworks began, as well as the construction of basic infrastructure and service buildings and security systems.
It is 1.5 km away (A4) and the nearest town is Ronchis which is 3 km from Latisana.
Its location is designed to avoid unnecessary detours along the route, saving time and optimizing transportation operations.
The industrial zone where the parking lot is located provides greater flexibility for transport companies, with quick access to major routes and complementary services.
