The Data that Nection Processes comes from the information that you, as a User, provide when filling out forms on the Website, browsing the Website, booking through the Website, and/or sending inquiries or requests for information.

On each form, Nection indicates the contact information required to address your query or request with an asterisk. Any information not marked as mandatory with an asterisk is completely optional. Only the data necessary for each purpose is collected. Please note that if you do not provide this mandatory information, we may not be able to address your query or request or process it.

Please note that it is your responsibility to provide accurate data and keep it up to date. Therefore, Nection reserves the right to exclude from its services and/or cancel the services of any User who provides false or incorrect data or data without the appropriate authorization of the Data Subject, without prejudice to its right to take any legal action that may be appropriate.
